changing prices while we are doing the payment

Good day.

Yesterday I did a booking on a flight to cape town,

Or thambo to cape town @ 06:25 depart on the 7th of dec 2018. Return 10th dec @ 18;30.

I booked 1 ticket thru vitality and I wanted to book 3 more tickets, I selected the flights ect and entered my card details for payment, then the prices changed and I selected the same flights but the return flight was more expensive, I did the hole process again and when I wanted to pay once again the prices changes. 2 times while I was in the process to finalise the payment. The 3rd time the prices for the same flight changed with R900 for 3 people. How is that possible that they change prices, while im in the process of paying? Now we have to look for different flights from mango or safair, as we experienced a bad service from you from the start, and another problem, now we have 1 booking with you already, so we cant fly together or we have to pay R900 more because you change prices within the minute. I think the best will be to go to hello peter so that people can see that you change prices while we are doing the payment. We cant select other flight times. I even sent messages on your fb messenger page, they read the messages but don’t reply. That is not good service from you at all.

Please get back to me, but I will leave a complaint on hello peter also.
