Changing Passenger Last names

I booked tickets for a client and her daughter to travel to Durban from Jhb. They are travelling from Germany. We have a problem with name change for a ticket we booked for a client from Germany.<br> <br> The client has a professional name for the books she publishes (alias) and a different name on her legal documentation.<br> <br> We booked the ticket in good faith, when the client received the documentation she pointed out the error and we needed to change the surname on the tickets purchased.<br> <br> Can someone get in touch with me to ensure that the client and her daughter are able to board the flight.<br>
