Change ticket holder name
I contacted the call centre to request that the ticket holder name be changed... and was advised that this cannot be done?<br> I don't understand why this cannot be done? there is no change in the actual flight date / time ... just the holder / person flying or utilising the ticket. surely this should not be an issue.??<br> I have read your terms and conditions and don't see where it says the ticket holder name cannot be changed.<br> <br> <br> I've never had a problem with Kulula before but this just seems unacceptable and I hope that someone will be able to assist me with my request...<br>

Please see below information from the kulula.com website:
Name changes are not allowed on any flight bookings.(This is when the booking is already ticketed).
Corrections to traveller names are free to make, however, please check that your name details are exactly the same as what appears on your ID before going on to the next step.
Name corrections will be permitted in the following instances:
oSpelling changes/spelling error corrections
oChanges to last name due to marriage/divorce (with supp**** proof)
oChanges to titles and academic titles (e.g.: 'Miss' to 'Mrs'; 'Ms' to 'Prof')
oSwapping last names and first names around
