CHANGE OF DATES HIGH FEE NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SER
I have booked 3 flights for December and due to unforseen circumstances we need to move the dates. We tried to change the flights online and the change fee is more than the original 3 flights. I have contacted the call centre, there is nothing they can do, I also spoke to a supervisor, he cannot help me either. I then escalated this to head office and they are unwilling to assist with the crazy high fees to change the flight. It is absolutely ludicrous to pay more than the original 3 flights just to change the dates, it is completely unacceptable.

In terms of our change fees, all our fares are subject to availability at the time of booking as our fares are not all the same. In addition to having to pay an admin fee for a change of reservation, you will have to pay any difference between the fare and taxes on the original flight booked and the available fare and taxes (if applicable) on the new flight requested. Please note, December is a peak time and therefore our flights may be quite full and therefore only the more expenses fares are available.
