Change fare *******

<p>I booked a return flight from Lanseria to Cape Town, in July at a cost of R2864. There was a change of plan, and my return flight needed to be changed to go to King Shaka instead.</p> <p>An additional fee of R2302 was charged for the changed flight.</p> <p>I subsequently went back into the site to book the changed flight from Cape Town to King Shaka as a new flight, and the quoted price was R1611 - R701 less than i paid for just a change. So it would have been cheaper to have not pitched up for my original return leg, and book a new one from scratch.</p> <p>The call center has explained that due to change fees that there is nothing they can do to refund the difference.</p> <p>Proposterous. Anyone using Kulula needs to have their head read.</p>
