cant make changes to flight
I missed my flight to Cape Town on Saturday. I had to be in cape town at 12:30 and they offered no alternative flight to get me there at that time. I therefore made alternative means. <br> <br> I called the call centre today to make changes on my existing flight, not the one I missed, but ts one returning from Cape Town to JHB and I'm told u can't make changes because k missed the flight going. When even missing the flight was based on incompetence from their staff at the airport! <br> <br> I don't understand what this has to do with my flight scheduled for today at 11:50!!!! <br> I need to maka changes to this flight, it has nothing to do with the one I missed on Saturday! <br> <br> This is just **************** and ***** !!!! <br>

I do understand your frustration when you missed your first flight and had to purchase a new ticket to get to your destination on time. When a flight is missed and you arrive within 30mins after the flight has departed, customers are able to rebook an alternate flight at a cost. If the return flight is not rebooked as well, the flight will be forfeited. These terms can be found online our website and on the confirmation received.
I know that this must be difficult for you to understand the concept of forfeiting a return flight due to missing the first flight. I can assure you that this matter was discussed by Executive Management and agreed upon that it was the best way forward to ensure our seats were being filled as we are a low cost airline.
I have requested a refund if your return flight. Please note, a refund may take between 6-8 weeks to be processed. An agent will be in contact with you within this time.
