Cant make Booking Changes and Call Centre is not available

I have been trying to make changes to my bookings with Comair – Kulula but I have not been successful. The website does not allow you to do it (prohibited) and Calls made to Kulula Call Centre remain unanswered for days on end. Literally I remain on hold for about 30minutes till the call cuts. What must one do NOW?
