Can't get hold of anyone to cancel my booking due to Covid-19
I have booked flights for an event that has been cancelled due to the current outbreak of the covid-19 virus. I have been trying to get hold of Kulula in order to cancel my booking for the weekend as they have advised. First i was on hold for 30 minutes. Second call, on hold for 20 minutes. Third call, on hold for 20 minutes. Now the line is engaged and will not allow me to go through. I need urgent assistance in order to cancel my booking and i cannot get hold of anyone to help.

21 Mar 2020, 09:15My flight has now passed with Kulula moved 3 times, to 9:50pm as they sent sms's advising that my original flight was canceled and I have been moved over to the next flight and then the next. You have an automated system that can do that, but you dont have a system that can prompt your staff to call clients who's flights are coming up during this time?

My flight has now passed with Kulula moved 3 times, to 9:50pm as they sent sms's advising that my original flight was canceled and I have been moved over to the next flight and then the next. You have an automated system that can do that, but you dont have a system that can prompt your staff to call clients who's flights are coming up during this time?
