Cant change flights
I have booked a return flight from Lanseria to Durban for a week in June.<br> I am trying to change my flight from Lanseria to Durban for another day but instead of me paying the deficit for the first flight, I am being asked to pay for the new rate for the return flight from Durban to Lanseria as well when I do not want to change that flight.<br> For my flight from Lanseria to Durban, I paid R706, to change the date, the flight is now R907 with a change fee of R300. Thats almost R500 in total that I am supposed to be paying for 1 change only. The website indicates that I need to pay for changes for both flights with a total being over R2000! <br>

A payable fee would still be charged for any changes made to your reservation. In addition to having to pay a change fee for a change of reservation, you would have to pay any difference between the fare and taxes on the original flight booked and the available fare and taxes (if applicable) on the new flight requested. In this way we have to apply good business practice , sustain the company and also maintain Revenue Integrity.
