Cant buy additional ticket

Good day, I am trying to contact kulula on *** for almost 5 days. Nobody answers. I am trying to buy a ticket for my child to join me for the trip but unfortunately the online system don't allow for that. Because the child is younger than 16. .... so how must i buy this ticket?
