Cannot get through to Kulula

I have been trying to get a hold of kulula to book assistance for my mum. Their line goes dead after selecting your department and ringing a couple of time. The contact us facility on the website gives you an error, so you cannot leave a message there, the website has office hours frkm 07h00 but the automatic answer says 08h00. It appears that only the flight attendants and pilots are working. Everyone else is clearly not doing what they are supposed to do yet they are capable of taking your money with no issues. This is beyond pathetic service.
