Cannot contact Kulula to change flights, no answer, no web help

Cannot change flight details - call center does not answer! Their web site and app do not allow you to change flight details (dates) and force you to phone call center. Call center does not answer. I have logged several calls over 30 minutes just cuts off. How do I change flights? This is ridiculous.
