Cannot cancel flights amid COVID-19 crisis

Their call-center is conveniently congested, making it impossible for anyone to cancel their flights. I have sent through emails, a message through their online feedback form and tried calling every day since Monday. I actually ran out of minutes waiting on Tuesday. I will not be going through Kulula ever again. I hope this short-time money grab is worth the loss of future business.
