Cannot book ticket using eft payment option

<p>On the 16/12/2016 and 17/12/2016 I attempted to book a ticket via your website from Durban to Capetown for 1 traveller. I was highly frustrated and disappointed as the payment option for doing an internet transfer was not working. On the 16th, I attempted to book it four times and it kept on giving the error: Sid payment was cancelled". On the 17th, I tried twice. The price of the ticket was to my favor as I kept checking for the most keenly priced one. Finally, I had to book the ticket at Checkers. </p> <p> </p> <p>It would be advisable that if a particular payment option cannot be used or is not functional, an error message should be displayed when selecting the particular option. I was wasting my time accessing the website. It failed to assist me when I needed to book the ticket. I also contacted the call centre but a voice prompt directed me to the website. </p>
