Cancelled my flight, kept the money...

Kulula would not allow me to fly due to myself being tested positive for Covid19, which I completely understand. However, they do not want to refund my ticket either. I contacted them 2 days in advance to inform them that I have been diagnosed, but they still insisted that they would not refund the ticket.

So they cancelled my flight and kept the money.
