Cancelled flight without notice
I am sitting on Lanseria airport with my wife and 6 month old infant being informed that the flight to Cape Town scheduled to leave at 13h45 is delayed to 20h30. No SMS was sent to notify us. With restricted luggage, we only have a certain amount of baby formula on hand. The personnel of Kulula have no regard that we have an infant. Coming from far and sitting on the airport witout any transport, Kulula refuses to give me some transport or accomodation to get formula and clean bottles for my 6 month old baby. This is unacceptable!!! No regard for a small infant from Kulula! This is not acceptable!

We try hard to keep to our published schedule as we understand the impact it has on our customers. Any delays to our schedule due to factors within our control are only imposed when absolutely necessary as it has a business impact on us as well.
Flight MN471/08Aug'15 was delayed due to rotational reasons. It will always be a huge challenge for all airline operators. We operate in extremely variable conditions and operate within a safety envelope that ensures there is no risk at any time to customers and staff.
I am sorry that transport was not arranged in order for you to purchase formula. This was an oversight from our side and will definitely be addressed.
I have checked your booking and notification of the delay was sent to the email listed in your booking. I will be in touch with you via your personal email.
