Cancelled flight without informing me

Good day<br> <br> I purchased a flight on MN0614 to Durban with a return to OR Tambo for the 15 and 19 respectively. I was late for the initial flight to Durban and spoke to staff at kalula staff at ticket sales, I was informed that there was no later flight to Durban. I then informed them that I had to get to Durban on the day therefore I would have to purchase a ticket with another airline however I was still planning to use the the return ticket. I was told that it would be fine to do so. On the day of my return i was informed that my ticket had been cancelled and that i would have to buy a new ticket. The staff at king shaka international informed me that the staff at OR Tambo claimed to have informed me that my ticket would be cancelled and that I was told to return to them which was not the case. The last flight from OR Tambo was with SAA at 20:50, leaving more than enough time to resolve any confusion if needed however I was not asked to return. The flight cost me an additional R 1 600.<br> Such terrible service from Kulula staff to not inform me abt the change & being charged so much.<br> <br> Pls call me to discuss a refund for the return flight.<br> T Baroon<br> ***<br> [Email Removed]
