CANCELLED AND FORGOTTEN

Booked a ticket in Jul. They cancelled it.

None of their contact centres work or email systems. FB message asking for a response. A week later no ticket no response and had to spend money again for a ticket I should have had. Hope you refund me 2 tickets for this hilarious service.
