Cancellation *******

<p>I needed to change the time of my flight. I called the call centre, because the do not have an option to do this online. The call centre then advises me that that it will cost me more than R1000 to change my flight due to the cancellation fee. I then pointed out that if I booked a new flight then it would cost me R850.</p> <p> </p> <p>They then advise me that this is a better option, i.e. Inconvenience everyone else on the flight by not showing up for your flight and book a new one, rather than doing the responsible thing and notifying the airline!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>If I hadn't picked this up they would have ripped me off with at least R200.</p>
