Cancellation and refunds

Dear Kulula

I booked tickets to Cape Town but due to this pandemic virus everything has been shut down and therefore I would like to cancel my booking and get my refund.

I know you have a no refund policy but I think you need to take a re-look at this,only for this difficult period as this has been declared a national disaster. Please be advised I do not wish to postpone to a later date because my wish was to visit the Cape only in April 20 not a date later than that.

The airline should for a second stop thinking about profits and start considering the health of their customers, why should I put my life at risk.

A gathering of 100 human beings has been banned and I believe the plane has more than 100 seats.

Please guys I plead with you to refund all your clients who wish to cancel due to this corona virus.
