Broken luggage

We have just arrived back home after a flight on Kulula from OR Tambo (Johannesburg). Both my husband's bag as well as mine had been broken into. The locks were non-existent and the zippers had been broken. The contents of the bags had been rifled through and it was clearly visible that someone / people had gone through the clothing/contents. This is very disconcerting as we are due to fly out again next month and are unsure if we should change airlines as it seems that Kulula cannot guarantee the safety of the luggage!
