Broken bag and good customer service

I travelled with Kulula in May from Johannesburg to Durban. My bag got damaged on my way to Durban and the guy at the bag place said I must report it in Johannesburg. I was annoyed with that nonetheless I left. On my return to Johannesburg I notified the bag section and they didn’t understand why Durban didn’t help me but the lady was very nice and helpful. She took my bag and borrowed me loan bag to put my clothes in. The lady from Kulula kept me on the loop with everything and I received a new bag. Thank you lady from Kulula OR Tambo.
