Bring back out money

Kulula does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Like other people saying, Kulula waited for the last day to cancel flights. Surely they knew long time ago they bankrupt. If there is anyone in this platform with the knowledge of how we can open/report Kulula to small claims or maybe draft a partition for our refunds. This is nonsense and unacceptable im travelling to George for a funeral and now i must book another flight simple because Kulula is unrealizable. I called the Kulula line no one can tell when the refund will take, they also confirmed the only way of communication is email. I send 2 emails, i did not get my any email receipt confirmation.
