Bring back my money

I bought tickets for my parents from JHB to CPT. Three weeks before the trip, My Father got ill and admitted to Chris Hani hospital. Cancelled the trip on time and Gave Kulula proof from the hospital. This was all in October. We are now at the end of November and my money is not back yet.
