Booking in Early

I arrived early for my flight, as I always did in the past. Just to be informed that I am to early to book in for my flight and if I choose to book in, it is at my own risk. I am 3 hours early for my flight. How is that to early to book in? I find Kulula to be ***********. Will not make use of your services again
