Booking Fee charged

<p>Has anyone tried to pay for your flights booked by yourself online with your credit card only to be lead from one page to another and end up nowhere?? Rushed to the airport with credit card and booking number in hand to pay for the flights you booked online? only to be charged a service fee of R250.00 by the customer service agent for what you just booked online and have a booking number for anyway?</p>
