booking cancelled

i booked flights on the sale you had last week. The booking was confirmed online but no e-tickets was issued due to the traffic on the site. The funds were reserved on my credit card and my booking reverence is:NHGIJE. I thought i will receive e-tickets as soon as the sale backlog was cleared .When myself and my husband phoned the contact centre we were told that the booking was not valid eventhough still showing on the sistem ,and all Kulula can do is refund. I do not want a refund, i want the booking that i made ?So what you are saying
