Book once pay twice - Kulula's 'special price'

<p>Kulula has charged me twice for a flight that I booked on the 16th of August on their 'promotion'. A flight that should cost me R1078.16 has now cost me R2156.32. You would expect that 7 days later their payments team would have picked this up and contacted me to correct, however this is not the case. I happened to check my statements and saw 3 charges for 2 flights, is it a coincedence that this 'accident' happened when I booked multiple tickets? I think not, I think this is a **** run by Kulula. Obvioulsy some people overlook the double charge. Why is the onus on the client to identify and prove the double charge??? Then Kulula have the audacity to keep my money for 7-21 days before they pay it bac**** Absolutely NOT ACCEPTABLE> this is tantamount to theft, which no one at Kulula identified or even owned up to. PAY BACK THE MONEY KULULA.</p>
