Bags Broken into

On the 22nd I took a flight from OR to King Shake, when we arrived in King Shaka I found out that the lock on my bag had been removed and someone had gone through my things coz my suitcase zips were open inside and my things had been ramaged through. I had a quick look and could identify what if anything was missing was told to check when I got home but if jewelry, cell phone, laptop or cash was taken there is nothing they could do for me only item of clothing and even then its based on the scale. I went home found that my watches were missing but since opening a case or telling them would be pointless I resorted to leaving it but the way the handled the whole situation was very poor I didn't even feel any sympathy from them nor did they even call to check up on me and the worse part is I was wasn't the only one there were 3 of us that had our bags broken into. The worse part is they know that this is something that has been happening but it seems like they not doing anything about it ... I'm extremely disappointed and if I use that airline again it would be out of poor desperation but I honestly do not trust them at all
