Baggage claim ignored

@Kulula I arrived to Cape town Airport from OR Tambo on the 1st of January 2022. My bags were damaged and made a baggage claim at the airport - same month physically dropped the bags for repair/replacement which till to date I have not received any word or update from them. I want my bags replaced/repaired it has been months and nothing!
