Baggage Abuse
Kulula/Comair broke my baggage. The luggage in question is a Coleman Cooler on wheels worth R1599. The item is built to withstand an enormous amount of punishment yet the staff managed to break one of the Wheels clean off!

Apparently my luggage was a non-standard item and only limited cover is granted.

Kulula is willing to assist me with the following conditions:

1) I must get the item to them @ Cape Town International. (This after I tried to resolve immediately after the flight!)
2) I must collect the item once repaired from Cape Town international
3) I will be responsible for the repair cost!!!

Is it just me or does this not make any sense. Where is the assistance in this?

One understand that luggage will take a beating when flying but surely that does not give them the right to handle our goods the way mine was handled!
