Bag tampered with at OR Tambo/Kingshaka airport

<p>I was travelling from Durban international airport (King Shaka) to OR Tambo at 21:30 on Sunday evening. My bag that was checked in contained one important document and clothing. The bag was locked with a celini code lock. When i arrived at the baggage claim section at OR Tambo i found my bag had been opned, the lock was missing and the zips were cut.the important document which was in a sealed envelope gone and items of clothing missing. When i was at the complaints area for baggage. One of the security guards came with the document which was in the envelope but without the envelope , i protested my case by telling them that if this was money there you would have braught it and where is muy clothing ? she then told me they found the document with out any envelope in the planes container. This in my opinion is absolute *******. They made me fill in a form and they have said they will get back to me with regards to the claim in progress. Please note the service from ACSA/ Kulula with regard to baggage is terrible especially when expenive poieces of clothing has been ******. I await more feedback with regard to this matter from Comair. I hope in all fairness that my claim gets fullfilled as i also took out travel insurance with Kulula airlines.</p>
