Bag breakage

Hi ,

I Have traveled with Kulula numerous times in the past 3 months. Twice my bag was broken into . On the first account my the zip of my bag was bust and i was told to leave my bag at the airport, where was i meant to leave the contents of my bag ? or to now transport it ?

one the second account my lock was picked , they went through my bag and damaged the inside of it. The airport is not close by and for me to drop off my bag in order for Kulula to fix what was broken is impossible. which would also be at my expense.

Kulula needs to make arrangements to have bag replaced or fixed at their expense of getting the bag.
