BAD SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I would like to say that I will never, ever make use of this airline again. They don't do refunds, they lost you ticket that is in a suppose to be travel bank, theire staff don't even bother on phoning you back. I've been battling since 07:10 to get my daughters ticket out of the travel bank with no success. This is the worst service that i have received from a air fight company. Clearly they don't mind loosing clients due to their BAD SERVICES to the public. I really hope this message reach the CEO of kuluha that he can be made aware of this services that his staff are giving to the public</p>
