Bad service OR Thambo

On the 7th of December'17 my friend arrived from Zambia for his connection to Cape Town at OR Thambo - 3 minutes BEFORE the flight closes and gets told he is TO LATE!!!!

Now this " fantastic" service from Kulula is costing us!! That's what you get for booking a month in advance....

A new flight - that cost us R 1500.00 MORE than the previous flight - a TWO day delay in Jhb (it is school holidays and ALL the flights are full until Saturday) which means he needed to get a place to stay at a nice price of R 1720.00 additional and we get refunded only 50% on the old flight .
