Bad service. Letting customers down

Kulula worst flight ever! They wont even respond. My flight was 5:55 i arrived 5:05. They refused to board me but let other people pass. Rude staff. First time and last time i booked this flight! I lost my money and had to pay extra AGAIN. now i have to sit at a airport for 10 hours waiting gor another dam flight! You dont have customer service at ALL. NEVER AGAIN
