BAD SERVICE KULULA

I booked various flights on Kulula. They have now gone bankrupt and said that all refunds are on a first come first serve basis! Furthermore, or a flight I booked in April there were no seats (despite online check-in) and we were advised that they cannot do anything about it. The service I have received thus far is shocking and most unfortunate.
