Bad service, *********** agents and *****

I booked a return flight for my partner for 26 April to 29 April 2019 from Joharnesburg to Durban. Due to business he had to be in Durban earlier than anticipated so I called to enquire about a refund for the one trip and they said it was non refundable, fair enough, the call agent assured me that I must rest easy as the return flight will still be valid. To my surprise when we were trying to check in there was an error only to be told the whole ticket had been cancelled because of no show. But wait I did double check with the call agent, also why give us an option to book round trips and not declair the risk if you know the trips will now be linked and affect one another. I asked for a recording which was not played for me to hear the lady confirm my return ticket will be valid, the only thing they were kin to tell me was how the lady had informed me of the ‘trip loss policy ‘. I’m utterly disgusted with the manner at which they conduct their business.
