Bad service from Kulula.com

I find it very difficult & frustrating. Kulula.com is busy saying they have flight specials , when you go to their website it's not that. Even worse on computicket. I can't book their flight they take dates (Ref no:kulula MN701) one of the flight we tried to book at computicket Waterfront Cape Town. What's the point of showing a date available if we can't book it. I called the call center today (15/12/18 at 13:06pm )their calls are recorded, they are so incompetence, I spoke to "Akhona" who couldn'thelp nor answer my question & said I quote "I wouldn't know. " I asked to get someone who can help me & he just drop my call. How am I supposed to get answer if their stuffs are not well trained? I've asked their staff at Cape Town airport & same thing. The lady just told me she doesn't know what's going on the website. I am angry & disappointed with their services,I'll never refered anyone to kulula.com because they're liers. Awaiting for the urgent response.
