Bad service from kulula.com

I would like to also express my deepest disapointment with kulula airline. I boarded a flight Sunday evening on the 25/11/18 from CPT to OR Tambo. The flight left our lagage behind citing a conveyor belt that was not functioning.. no one from kulula informed us the flight left without our lagage only to find after waiting at a lagage collection spot our lagage is in Cape Town.. they made us fill our details on a form and made promises that the lagage will be delivered in the morning on the next day. I have been calling the whole day on the 26/11/18 they keep telling the driver will be dropping my bag and clueless about the time this is happening. I have used my airtime run into more expenses that could have avoided.. I am appoled by their service.. I will convince my company not to use this airline to book me for business trips as I had to attend a business meeting on denim and sneakers which made me look irresponsible! Guys, your property is not safe with this airline they are only concerned about money. I am not flying with kulula again.
