BAD SERVICE FROM KULULA HOLIDAY PACKAGES

I am very irritated with how Kulula Holiday Packages have handled my business.

I booked online for Sun City for two days, and they took the payment straight away off my card , Then I get an email from them to say they will be searching for the best price and will get back to me. I found this quite alarming that they deduct the money from your card but it shows that it has been confirmed and booked and then they will be searching for the best price . I phone them and the lady tells me that it looks like its booked but will ask a consultant to contact me. Nobody contacts me, I email an urgent mail to them saying im not happy that this amount has been taken off and not sure if this is booked or not. The consultant phones me to say she is not sure how this has happened because you should not have gotten the dates open because it looks fully booked and furthermore to say that the amount should not have been deducted by my card either. And they will reverse it - well 3 days later and i'm still waiting for the reversal. Really not happy with this kind of service at all !!!!
