Bad service from Kulula

Cannot change flight details - call center does not answer! Their web site and app do not allow you to change flight details and force you to phone call center. Call center does not answer. I have logged several calls over 60 minutes just cuts off and no help from their Facebook platform either . How do I change flights? This is ridiculous.
