Bad service -Flight 536

<p>Sunday evening I had to catch my flight at 18:30 but was one minute late. The lady at the airport (ticket sale) didn't want to let us through and the flight was delayed. The flight only left st 19:07 and I was told I need to buy a new ticket which was for the very same flight I had to take which they said it has departed. The service was very bad and unprofessional. </p>
