Bad service

This was the worst experience i have ever had and im totally disappointed with Kulula.

i had flown to JHB from DBN with my 4 month old baby and my husband on 31/05/2021. the kulula flight was the most terrible flight ever.

it was cramped, to the maximum capacity and no space to even turn yourself while standing.

the flight took more than an hour to reach JHB which is my first ever.... how could that be????

there us absolutely no order when the plane landed. everyone just woke up and was in each others face with no control from the airline staff.
