BAD SERVICE EVER AND VERY RUDE STAFF NOT EVEN ONE

Really disappointed in Kulala, their staff not even the 3 i have attended any was better, very rude and care less about customers. They misled and cant even take accountability if not to blame you for all. You get different information from their staff regarding their procedures. I would not recommend it to anyone travel with it its just so disappointing to point where one of the consultant even had guts to say its useless to complain like really after having me put through hell misleading its just nothing to them . The attitude when they speak like its the only flight to fly on. Never and never again shall i fly with kulula rather VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE STAFF THEY REALLY SEEM NOT TO CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY RENDER I WONDER IF AFTER THE SERVICE THEY DO THEY EVER THINK AS A CUSTOMER I CAN REMEMBER THAT CUSTOMER JOURNEY FOR RIGHT REASON EVEN IF ITS THE LAST FLIGHT I HAVE AN OPTION ON I RATHER RESCHEDULE EVERYTHING WITH I GET ANOTHER FLIGHT THAN THIS , HOPE THEY SEE THE KIND OF PICTURE THEY PAINT FOR KULULA.COM
