Bad service delivery

I booked a flight from Lanseria to king shaka, I received a call from kulula head office to ask if I can leave from OR Tambo I agreed but received no updated information. My flight was scheduled to leave at 8:25 I get to OR Tambo and they tell my my flight is at 10pm. No communication from kulula no updated flight information I had to call the call center and find out at the actuall airport.
