Bad service and ********

This is the worst airline ever and their service is ****. I booked a return flight from Durban to Lanseria and I missed the Durban flight, at checkin the consultant told me the next flight is later that night if I’m in a hurry I must just book with another airline. So I did and got a flight 15 minutes later. On my return when I was checking in they told me my ticket has been canceled because I missed one flight. I must book another ticket. No notifications no sms, no email to tell me you are canceling my ticket. I would never advise anyone to use this airline again. The fact that they canceled my ticket without notifying me tells me that they are ********.
