Bad service and payment of services not rendered
I had booked tickets for my sons and I to come back from Durban, due to family commitments my sons won't come back with me. Thus, I asked to move the tickets or give me a voucher so that I can redeem the services at a later stage. I was rudely turned down. I explained my situation, but they didn't want to listen to it.

Please advise who can assist, as I would like to lodge a complaint to the \Consumer Affairs Office"and the airline ombudsman"""

08 Dec 2015, 09:22Hello malcolm.s,
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience.
There is a 100% cancellation fee to cancel a flight booking (subject to the ticket type you purchased). We only refund due to hospitalisation and death (Proof must be supp****)
A ticket is valid for 6 months , however, a payable fee would still be charged for any changes made to your reservation. In addition to having to pay a change fee for a change of reservation, you would have to pay any difference between the fare and taxes on the original flight booked and the available fare and taxes (if applicable) on the new flight requested.
I have escalated this matter to the call centre supervisor to contact you and advice further on your concerns.
Kind regards,
Thuli
