Bad service and bad altitude

We had to cansel an important meeting to be able to rush the the airport. We had to jump trafic lights and stop streets and drove very fast to make our boarding. Just to arrive at the airport with a 50 minute delay. No email, sms or whats app to let us know. Previously I missed a flight with Kulula not letting me know that 2 flights were combined and that my flight would be 40 minutes earlier.
