Bad service all round

Changing of flight details has to be one of the most difficult thngs to do at Kulula.com unlike the seamless process that fly safair has. With Kulula it is difficult to get assistance using the app, from the emails and call center and this basically means that there is no assistance at all where and when it is needed. When I book flights again Kulula.com will certainly be the last resort after considering all other avenues... Appalling
